MECHANICAL DESIGNÂ
T.E.E.S. srl technical office is able the develop your ideas with the production of mechanical design.
We design using solid software in order to allows the realization of 3-D virtual models that can simplify all verifications on mechanical solutions adopted.
With the use if ANSYS software we can perform mechanical, vibrations and thermal analysis.
MANUFACTURING
T.E.E.S. srl workshop is equipped with turning and lathe machines in order to manufacture all kind of components and work any kind of material.
We are also equipped with TIG welding stations for UHV precision welds.
INSPECTION, TEST AND
MEASUREMENTS
Instruments available in our laboratory for measurements and calibrations are:
- HEXAGON, Absolute Arm, 8325, 6 Axis
- Heidenhain digital length gauges MT25
- Trimos vertical 3, digital length gauge
- Granite optical benches
- Newport autocollimator
- HP interferometer
It is also possible to manage bake-out processes and UHV environment, using the following available equipment:
- Heating controls
- RGA equipment
- Turbo-molecular, oil free, pumping unit
- Ion Pumps 230 l/s
- Leak detector
- High-Vacuum gauges
- Low-Vacuum gauges
